Jeffrey Negron, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2019, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred on East North Bay Street, where Negron was found with a fatal gunshot wound. The Tampa Police Department responded to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. and pronounced Negron dead upon arrival.
