David Alan Owsianiak, aged 56, tragically passed away on March 26, 2020, in Ormond Beach, Florida. David, a retired firefighter from the Chicago Fire Department, was known for his dedication and service, having volunteered in New York after the 9/11 attacks and in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.
