Death by Force

Ricardo Montez Filmore, a 37-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2020, in Orlando, Florida. Filmore was an employee at the Parliament House Resort, a well-known gay resort in Orlando. On the evening of April 1, 2020, police were called to the resort after guests reported hearing gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered Filmore's body in one of the hotel rooms. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
