Shatorria Manuel-Francois, a 26-year-old resident of Palm Springs, Florida, tragically lost her life to gun violence on April 24, 2020. On that fateful morning, she was on her way to work when she was fatally shot in the area of 463 Springdale Circle. The Palm Springs Police Department responded to reports of shots fired around 8:11 a.m. and found Shatorria with gunshot wounds.
