Berry struggled with Head and called out to Gasparini to bring him his gun. Gasparini, who was unarmed, stepped out of the bedroom, and Jordan Graham, the "triggerman," shot her. Gasparini was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries.

Jordan Graham, who was 18 at the time of the shooting, pled guilty to second-degree murder with a firearm and robbery with a firearm as part of a plea deal.
