Dameion Cookinson, a 34-year-old resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2020. Cookinson was at the Quick Stop Beer and Wine store located at 1440 49th Street South when a shooting occurred just before 7:45 p.m. A large crowd had gathered at the store when shots were fired, resulting in Cookinson and another man being injured. Cookinson was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The other victim sustained non-life-threatening injur ...
