Deontavius Ramsey, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 14, 2020, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Food Max store located at 1400 18th Ave. S. Ramsey was involved in an argument with John F.
