Xavier Lazu, a 20-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, was tragically found dead on January 30, 2021. The Orlando Police Department responded to a call at an apartment complex located in the 4900 block of Cason Cove Drive around 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lazu had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Orlando Fire Department. The investigation into his death was immediately initiated by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Orlando Police Department.
