Kevin Girard Palmer, a 19-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2021, in Cape Coral, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:30 a.m., when Cape Coral Police Patrol officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 100 block of Southeast 6th Street.
