Ernest Raynard Brooks, a 26-year-old resident of Riviera Beach, Florida, was found dead on April 27, 2021, in West Palm Beach. His body was discovered along the 1100 block of 25th Street, between Australian Avenue and the Tri-Rail tracks, after police responded to an alert from the ShotSpotter gunfire detection system.
