Dyreon Outsey, a 19-year-old African American male from Haines City, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2021. Dyreon was driving his Toyota 4Runner along Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Haines City when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred just before 1 p.m. when Tyquaveon Robinson, also 19, allegedly fired into Dyreon's vehicle, striking him in the head. Dyreon was rushed to Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
