Shaquan M. Willoughby, a 23-year-old resident of Daytona Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2021. The Daytona Beach Police Department responded to a weapons complaint at an apartment complex near Beville Road and Williamson Boulevard early that morning. Upon arrival, first responders discovered Shaquan's body in a breezeway at the back of the complex.
