Daemon J. Carn, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 9, 2019, in Daytona Beach, Florida. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred amidst a series of violent events linked to disputes over rap music and drugs. The investigation revealed that Daemon was shot by Kevin Stokes, a 20-year-old member of the "From the Dirt" group, who was involved in multiple shootings over a two-day period in July 2018.
