According to her family, Skylee was picked up from her home around 3:23 a.m. on April 21. It is believed she was then dropped off at the Cypress Commons Plaza in Tamarac at about 8:30 a.m. to meet an unknown male she had connected with on Snapchat. Reports indicate that this individual had instructed Skylee not to follow him on social media, making his identification more difficult. She left her primary iPhone and Apple Watch at home, but her family believes she may have had an older iPhone SE with her. Her last known social media activity was at 4 p.m. on the day she disappeared.
Skylee is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing between 110 and 120 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair, and braces. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black tank top, black leggings, a black shark backpack, and Jordan 4 sneakers. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has issued an alert for Skylee, and her case number is 2085248.
