Mariano J. Baca, a 26-year-old man, died on September 2, 2021, in Greenacres, Florida, after being fatally shot during a dispute in the parking lot of Paul's Motel on Lake Worth Road. The incident occurred in the late afternoon, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office quickly identified the suspect as Jessica Montanez, a 35-year-old woman from Boynton Beach.
