In the spring of 2016, a weekend of violence in Baltimore claimed the life of 36-year-old Deallen Tremainye Jones. On Sunday, April 24th, Jones was fatally wounded by gunfire, one of at least ten people shot in the city during that turbulent weekend, three of whom succumbed to their injuries.
