Jocori Elijah Jones, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of Halloween when Jocori was walking down East 19th Street near Henry Brown Kooker Park with friends.
