Cipriano Jimenez Toribio, a 38-year-old part-time minister and roofer from Mulberry, Florida, was tragically killed on January 16, 2022. Toribio was known for holding religious services at his home and was described as a hardworking and caring individual who had turned his life around and was in the process of building a church.
