Matias Tovar, a 9-year-old boy from Hialeah, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2022, in a harrowing incident that has left the community in shock. Matias, along with his 12-year-old sister Valeria, was found dead near a lake in Miami Lakes. The children were victims of a murder-suicide carried out by their father, Humberto Tovar, who also took his own life at the scene.
