Link Jordan Olibrisse, an 18-year-old from Boynton Beach, Florida, tragically passed away on June 25, 2022. His body was discovered in a car at the Reserve at the Ashley Lake development on Cedar Lake Road. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office reported that Olibrisse had been shot to death, and his body was found in the driver's seat of his vehicle. The investigation revealed that he had been involved in a dispute with Brandon Ceasar, a 30-year-old man, who was later arrested and charged with first-degree murder, arson, tampering with evidence, and robbery with a firearm.

The events leading to Olibrisse's death began on June 23, 2022, when he met with Ceasar in the area of Hypoluxo Road and Military Trail. According to the arrest report, Ceasar shot Olibrisse from the passenger seat of the car following a disagreement. After the shooting, Ceasar attempted to destroy evidence by using bleach and lighter fluid to burn Olibrisse's body and car. Despite these efforts, deputies were able to track Ceasar's movements through cellphone records, which placed him at the scene of the crime and later at the location where Olibrisse's body was found.

Ceasar's arrest was facilitated by a cooperating witness who provided crucial information to the investigators. The witness reported seeing Ceasar standing next to a gray Nissan Altima at the meeting location just after midnight on June 24. Ceasar was observed getting into Olibrisse's vehicle and driving to the location where the body was eventually discovered. The witness also noted that Ceasar smelled of smoke and made comments about bleaching the victim's car, which further implicated him in the crime.

Following his arrest, Ceasar was held without bail at the Palm Beach County Jail. The Palm Beach County Public Defender's Office is representing him, but as a policy, they do not comment on open cases. The investigation into Olibrisse's death highlighted his involvement in "rampant fraud and drug distribution," which may have played a role in the fatal dispute. The case remains a poignant reminder of the tragic consequences of violence and the importance of thorough investigative work in bringing justice to the victims and their families.
