Donald Allen Todd Jr., a 13-year-old boy from Pacoima, Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on May 16, 1969. His death was a result of a brutal murder committed by Mack Ray Edwards, a notorious serial killer who preyed on young children. Edwards, who worked as a heavy equipment operator, used his job to facilitate his heinous crimes. On the day of Donald's death, Edwards lured him with the promise of $5 for a day's work.
