Kenneth Eugene Buchanan, a 17-year-old from Redondo Beach, California, tragically lost his life on March 1, 1976. Kenneth was hitchhiking when he was abducted and subsequently murdered. His remains were discovered on April 7, 1976, in Inglewood, California.
