Kenneth Eugene Buchanan, a 17-year-old from Redondo Beach, California, tragically lost his life on March 1, 1976. Kenneth was hitchhiking when he was abducted and subsequently murdered. His remains were discovered on April 7, 1976, in Inglewood, California. The circumstances surrounding his death were harrowing, as he became one of the victims of a notorious serial killer operating in the area during that time.
