Robert Billy Benniefiel, a 17-year-old resident of Redondo Beach, California, tragically lost his life on October 1, 1976. Robert was a sophomore at Aviation High School in Redondo Beach. On the day of his death, he was hitchhiking, a common practice at the time. Unfortunately, this decision led to his untimely demise. Robert's body was never recovered, adding a layer of mystery and sorrow to the case.
