Sharon Dismuke, a 21-year-old woman from Los Angeles, California, was tragically found dead on January 15, 1984. Her body was discovered in an abandoned gas station, and the circumstances of her death were both brutal and chilling. Sharon was found naked and gagged, with two gunshot wounds to the left side of her chest and blunt-force trauma to her head. The weapon used in her murder was a .25 caliber pistol, which was later linked to a series of other murders committed by the same individual.
