Gladis Maribel Sicajan-Albir, a 39-year-old Latina, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2016, in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. when officers responded to a report of a shooting and found Sicajan-Albir unresponsive in the front seat of her four-door sedan.
