On April 3, 1988, Victoria Bell, a 41-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically murdered. She was last seen near 87th Avenue and International Boulevard, an area known for its high crime rate. Her body was discovered in an industrial area, having been raped, bound at the hands and feet, and shot execution-style. The perpetrator then discarded her body in a sexually explicit pose. ((
