Valente Patino, a 17-year-old student from King City, California, tragically lost his life on January 25, 1995. The incident occurred in the parking lot of King City High School, where Patino was involved in an altercation with another student, identified as Villapando. The confrontation, which was witnessed by numerous students, escalated quickly.
