Bobby Millan, a 12-year-old boy from Compton, California, tragically lost his life on October 28, 1995, due to gun violence. The incident occurred at the yellow house in Compton where Bobby and his brother Mario were shot. The attack was initially believed to be gang-related by the police, although the surviving family members disputed this claim.
