Police Officer II James Rex Jensen, Jr., aged 30, tragically lost his life on March 13, 1996, in Oxnard, California. Officer Jensen was a dedicated member of the Oxnard Police Department and a U.S. Marine veteran. On the day of his death, he was involved in a high-risk warrant service operation targeting a house believed to be occupied by three heavily armed drug-ring leaders.
