Damien Simms, age 37, was fatally shot on November 25, 2016, in the 600 block of Laurens Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Simms was previously one of 16 co-defendants charged in the 2012 murder of William Jacobs, but the charges were eventually dropped for all defendants involved.
