In the winter of 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening calm in a Northwest Baltimore neighborhood, leaving two men dead in its wake. One of these men was Robert Prince, a 48-year-old Black male. The incident, which also claimed the life of 42-year-old Anthony McDuffie, unfolded on December 13, 2016, in the 3900 block of Groveland Avenue.
