David William March, a 33-year-old Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2002, in Irwindale, California. On that fateful morning, Deputy March conducted a routine traffic stop on Live Oak Avenue, just east of Peck Road. Unbeknownst to him, the driver he pulled over had a sinister plan.
