Marques Harper, a four-year-old boy from Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2003. Marques, along with his siblings Lyndsey and Marshall, and his grandmother Earnestine Harper, were victims of a horrific mass murder committed by Vincent Brothers, Marques' father and a vice principal at Fremont Elementary School.
