Fernando Pina, a 25-year-old from Zacatecas, Mexico, was tragically murdered on January 27, 2004, in South Whittier, California. Pina, along with Mario Larios and Edgar Valles, was lured to the home of Cimarron Bell under the pretense of purchasing a Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
