Brittani Idom, an 18-year-old woman from Inglewood, CA, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2007. She was driving near the intersection of Washington and Crenshaw boulevards in Los Angeles when a gunman drove up next to her car and fired several shots. Brittani was struck by a bullet and was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she succumbed to a gunshot wound to the head. Her friend, who was also in the car, was not injured.
