Edwin Alexander Orozco, a 16-year-old Latino youth, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2007, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in broad daylight at approximately 12:55 p.m. on the 1032 block of North Ardmore Avenue in Hollywood. According to reports, Edwin was approached by a Latino man who engaged in a brief argument with him before pulling out a gun and shooting him.
