Federico Perez, a 32-year-old Latino man, was tragically killed in a double homicide on October 5, 2007, in Bell Gardens, California. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in the 3700 block of Gage Avenue. Perez and another victim, Alberto Rojas, 46, were involved in an argument with a suspect, also a Latino man, inside a bar.
