Rosendo Manrique, a 24-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2008, in Val Verde, California. The incident occurred around 12:13 a.m. in the 28700 block of Lincoln Street. Manrique was attending a birthday party when a confrontation erupted between him and another Latino man.
