On March 22, 2008, Jimmy Tran, an 18-year-old student from El Monte, was tragically shot and killed outside a house party in Rosemead, California. The incident occurred the day before Easter Sunday, around 11 p.m., at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and Park Street.
