Jose Palomino, a 25-year-old Latino man, was tragically shot multiple times on April 7, 2008, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 7:52 p.m. in the 500 block of South Lorena Street. Palomino was quickly transported to County-USC Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:21 p.m. the same evening.
