Vicenson Desmond Edwards, a 24-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2010. Edwards was driving his 1994 White Chevy Caprice west on Pacific Coast Highway near Figueroa Street in Wilmington when an unknown assailant in a white car pulled up beside him.
