George Johnny Rodriguez Jr., a 30-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 13, 2011, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Rodriguez and his girlfriend were walking down a sidewalk around 9:30 p.m. when a vehicle drove past them and parked.
