Victoria Li Mandri Buzzo, aged 54, tragically lost her life on October 12, 2011, in a horrific mass shooting at Salon Meritage in Seal Beach, California. The incident, which is considered the deadliest mass killing in Orange County history, occurred shortly before 1:30 PM when Scott Evans Dekraai, armed with multiple weapons and wearing body armor, entered the salon and opened fire.
