Anthony Navarro, a 19-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2013, as a result of a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m. in the 3100 block of 39th Street. Navarro sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
