Ramiro Antonio Melendez-Lobos, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2014, in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m. when Melendez-Lobos was walking southbound on Cedros Avenue at Delano Street.
