Ramiro Antonio Melendez-Lobos, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2014, in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The suspect then fled the scene in a light gray Honda or Acura sedan, heading westbound on Delano Street.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) launched an investigation into the murder, but the suspect remains at large.
