Ramon Gerardo Vera, a 25-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on April 19, 2014, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 2900 block of Glenn Avenue.
