Vidal Quevedo, a 27-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 6, 2014. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the parking lot area of an apartment complex located in the 2900 block of North Bristol Street. Quevedo was reportedly smoking in the parking lot when he was shot in the upper torso. Family members found him shortly after the shooting and he was transported to UCI Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
