German Booker Jr. III, a 25-year-old resident of Bellflower, California, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2014. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. in the 9500 block of Flower Street, where Booker was the manager of a local barbershop. On that fateful evening, three men entered the barbershop with hoodies over their heads and opened fire without any warning.
