Carlos Cetina, a 24-year-old resident of Hayward, California, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2014. His death occurred at the Budget Inn on Foothill Boulevard in Hayward. The circumstances surrounding his death were both violent and distressing. According to reports, Carlos Cetina was involved in an altercation with another individual, identified as Cruz, at the motel.
