Billy Joe Stidman, a 54-year-old resident of Rio Linda, California, tragically lost his life on the evening of June 15, 2014. Stidman, a former Marine, was found with a gunshot wound inside his home on Dolphin Way. According to reports, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department responded to a call at approximately 10:30 PM regarding a shooting incident.
